Sr. Project Coordinator

Objective: Focused on delivering end-to-end execution within defined timelines and budgets. Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors, and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across all project stages. At least 1 year of experience in Project Coordination (signage, printing, fabrication, digital signage, or related industries is a plus). Industry: Signage Manufacturing, Digital Signage and Solar EPC

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, execute, and close signage projects as per client requirements.
• Develop project timelines, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of all project phases.

Stakeholder Coordinate

• clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth communication.

Feasibility & Optimization

• Evaluate design feasibility considering materials and production constraints.
• Optimize designs for efficient fabrication and installation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with project and production teams for smooth execution.
• Provide technical support and design clarifications.

Material & Innovation Focus

• Select appropriate materials to ensure durability and cost-efficiency.
• Explore new design approaches and techniques.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Mechanical is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and google sheets.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator, with expertise in signage design, fabrication drawings, material selection, structural analysis, LED signage, and cost estimation.
