Objective: To manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee retention, culture building, employee engagement, and training support, while ensuring a positive, disciplined, and performance-driven work environment.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment, Talent Acquisition & Job Description Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open positions across departments.
  • Understand all the positions in the office and create and maintain Job Descriptions (JDs) for all of them.
  • Coordinate closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
  • Use recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri for smooth and fast hiring.
  • Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates efficiently.
  • Arrange and manage multiple interview rounds including HR, technical, managerial, and final discussions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and proper documentation for new hires.

Employee Retention & Engagement

  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and address employee concerns proactively.
  • Track attrition trends and suggest corrective actions.
  • Strengthen employee relations and maintain a healthy work environment.

Culture Building & Workplace Environment

  • Build, promote, and maintain a positive, disciplined, and performance-oriented office culture.
  • Ensure adherence to company values, ethics, and professional conduct.
  • Take corrective actions when workplace behavior negatively impacts culture.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees.

Employee Engagement Activities

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as team activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
  • Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
  • Create initiatives to improve morale, motivation, and employee satisfaction.

Training & Development Support

  • Conduct performance reviews of employees with the help of department heads.
  • Arrange internal or external training programs wherever required.
  • Support onboarding and role-specific training initiatives.

HR Policies & Processes

  • Implement and improve HR policies aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure consistency and fairness in HR practices across departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
