CNC Operator

Objective: We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator who will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components as per specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of machining processes and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• 💼 Experience: 1–4 Years
• 🎓 Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or relevant field)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (VMC / Router / Laser / Milling etc.)
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders
• Perform machining operations such as cutting, drilling, shaping, and finishing
• Conduct test runs and monitor machine performance
• Inspect finished products using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.)
• Ensure production meets quality standards and specifications
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of machines
• Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols

🔹 Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code understanding preferred)
• Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD files
• Hands-on experience with CNC/VMC machines
• Knowledge of measuring tools and quality inspection
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in shifts (if required)

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in signage / fabrication / metal / acrylic industry (plus point)
• Familiarity with CAM software is an advantage
• Prior experience in production environment
