Job Description

  • 🏢 For Office-Based CREs (Head Office)
  • Act as the central point of communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain and update client trackers, ensuring timely updates are shared through calls, emails, or meetings.
  • Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Assist in documentation, planning, and inspection procedures for ongoing projects.
  • Utilize ERP systems, Google Drive, and MS Office to support daily operations and project reporting.
  • 🌐 For Regional CREs (West & South India):
  • Manage client relationships and conduct regular site visits for project updates and inspections.
  • Serve as an on-ground representative to ensure quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments remotely to align execution with client expectations.
  • Provide timely feedback and updates from site to head office teams for smooth coordination.
  • Address on-site challenges, assist with troubleshooting, and ensure project milestones are met.
