Job Description
- Review & Maintain Complaints data
- Planning for complaints
- Coordination with Production incharge for resolving complaints Finding ways to minimise complaints
- Find root cause of complaints/ Phone friendly
- Formulating and executing sales strategies to meet the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
- Preparing sales plans and forecasts based on market analysis and historical data.
- Preparing regular reports on sales performance and presenting them to senior management.
- Building and nurturing relationships with key customers and clients
- Handling major client accounts and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Create Quotation & Final Measurement Sheets
- Invoice Submission & Payment Follow up
- Final Project Review & Closing
