Job Description

  • Review & Maintain Complaints data
  • Planning for complaints
  • Coordination with Production incharge for resolving complaints Finding ways to minimise complaints
  • Find root cause of complaints/ Phone friendly
  • Formulating and executing sales strategies to meet the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
  • Preparing sales plans and forecasts based on market analysis and historical data.
  • Preparing regular reports on sales performance and presenting them to senior management.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key customers and clients
  • Handling major client accounts and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Create Quotation & Final Measurement Sheets
  • Invoice Submission & Payment Follow up
  • Final Project Review & Closing
