Job Description

  • Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Contract Labour Act compliance.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory returns under Factory Act and other relevant acts.
  • Handle leave management and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of payroll processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
  • Manage Attendance and complete monitoring .
  • Maintain HR Compliance related to wages .
  • The registration process for Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) for eligible employees with the relevant authorities.
  • Ensure timely submission of PF and ESI registration forms and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of PF & ESI contributions, including employee details, contribution amounts, and payment schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, company policies and site related policies.
  • Handle other HR-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
  • Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment life-cycle which involves Understanding the Requisitions, and identifying sourcing channels through job portals. such as Monster, naukri.com, Facebook, indeed, Times Jobs, another Portal, Employee Referral & LinkedIn etc.
  • Employee (Internal & Consultant) On-boarding: Coordinating with the new joiners in the joining formalities like creating their IDs and other Paramount formalities.
  • Issuing various kinds of letters such as Appointment letters, joining letters, offer letters, Increment Letters, relieving letters other kinds of letters as required.
  • Maintaining the flies of employees & employee database Maintaining Employee Master Data Prepare records of the PF/ESIC
  • Compensation Management: Attendance – Leave Management. Handling monthly payroll & yearly forms for employees.
  • Follow up on confirmation records, statutory obligations – PF, ESIC, Taxes, Gratuity, and Bonus, Processing data like promotion, salary increment, Challan- PF/ESIC.
  • Relieving Formality: Handling Exit interviews, no dues form & preparation of Full & final statement Issuance of Experience letters & relieving letter & closure of employee other formality.

Skills

  • 0-5 years of experience in Payroll Management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing (salary processing), PF Act, ESI Act, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, Contract Labour Act.
  • Proficiency in handling Statutory Compliance (Factory Act) and Leave Management.
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
  • Good hands-on MS-Office tools, G-Drive, or HRMS software
