Production Manager – Bengaluru

Job Description

Experience: Minimum 4 years (preferably in Signage, Branding, and Advertising)

✅ ERP System Management

• Accurately enter and track production data in the ERP system, ensuring seamless workflow.
• Regularly update work-in-progress (WIP) records and optimize production planning.

✅ Technical & Drawing Interpretation

• Read, interpret, and implement AutoCAD drawings for accurate signage production.
• Ensure all signage, branding materials, and advertising structures align with technical specifications and client requirements.

✅ Production Planning & Process Optimization

• Develop and execute production schedules for signage, branding materials, and advertising structures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Minimize material wastage by optimizing raw material utilization and improving production techniques.

✅ Vendor & Material Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of raw materials like ACP sheets, vinyl, LEDs, acrylic, and flex materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the procurement team to avoid shortages or delays.

✅ Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving

• Identify and resolve machinery, workflow, and operational issues to maintain smooth production.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of production equipment.

Skills

✔ Experience in Signage, Branding, and Advertising production.
✔ Proficiency in ERP systems for production tracking and management.
✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage shop floor operations.
✔ Expertise in AutoCAD drawings, technical specifications, and material selection.
✔ Knowledge of quality control, safety regulations, and production optimization.
