Objective: Build a new business vertical around digital signage solutions — combining technical knowledge, vendor ecosystem, and business growth strategy.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Atleast 3 years of experience in digital signage industry.
  • Preffered Sales professional with technical background.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Preffered Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, AV Technology, Business
    Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

presence and three state-of-the-art production facilities — two in Jaipur and one in Bangalore.

    With a strong manufacturing base, nationwide operations, and a focus on technology-driven solutions, we are building a future-ready digital signage division and looking for dynamic professionals to join us in this growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop a clear business plan to establish and grow the Digital Signage vertical.
  • Identify and generate leads through industry networks, market research, and by
    leveraging our existing client database.
  • Create pricing models, proposals, and case studies for client presentations.
  • Represent the company at industry expos and networking forums (Smart City Expo,
    InfoComm, In-Store Asia, etc.).

Technical & Vendor Development

  • Evaluate, shortlist, and onboard reliable vendors for LED displays, LED modules, controllers, media players, CMS platforms, and related hardware.
  • Understand installation parameters — pixel pitch, brightness, resolution, cabinet types, indoor/outdoor use, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for production and assembly of digital standees, kiosks, and LED video wall structures, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Develop SOPs for installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

Operations & Team Building

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Digital Signage vertical, ensuring smooth
coordination across sales, technical, production, and installation activities.

  • Create work processes, documentation standards, and operational workflows for
    project execution, installation, and after-sales service.
  • As the business grows, gradually hire and build a complete team, including:
    Sales & Business Development Team
    Procurement & Vendor Management Team
    Installation & Commissioning Team
    Service & Maintenance Support Team
    Any additional roles required for scaling the vertical
  • Train and mentor new team members to ensure they understand the product,
    technology, client requirements, and project execution standards.

interested in developing this business. Someone who can leverage our existing
infrastructure, industry presence, and client relationships to build and scale this
division. The ideal candidate will know how to bring in business, identify the right
solutions for each client, manage procurement, and gradually build a capable team that
he/she can lead with confidence.
