Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet objectives
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and account growth
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
- Track account metrics and generate reports on account status
Skills
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or client service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
