Objective: To identify relevant tender opportunities, manage complete tendering activities
across government and private portals, coordinate with internal teams for documentation,
ensure timely submission of bids, and support the company in generating new business
opportunities through accurate tender analysis, pricing analysis, and effective communication
with tendering authorities.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; specialization in business, commerce, or administration preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and google sheets.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with online tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement, State NIC portals etc.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Search & Opportunity Identification:

  • Browse and search government and private tender portals daily to identify suitable tenders.
  • Manage and update GeM portal activities including bid participation, catalog updates, and product listing.
  • Explore and discover additional tender listing websites for potential business leads.
  • Register the company on new tender portals to generate more business opportunities.

Tender Analysis & Summary Preparation:

  • Read tender documents thoroughly and identify key points such as PQC (Pre-Qualification Criteria), scope of work, eligibility, technical specifications, EMD, payment terms, etc.
  • Prepare detailed tender summaries for management review.
  • Compile and write tender-related queries and participate in pre-bid meetings to clarify them.

Bid Planning, Coordination & Submission:

  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, design, costing, legal, etc.) to gather required documents, certifications, and inputs for tender preparation.
  • Discuss with the costing department to determine the appropriate bidding price based on project scope, market analysis, and competition.
  • Prepare, compile, and arrange all technical and commercial documents needed for submission.
  • Manage the complete bid submission process — including filling tender forms, uploading documents on online portals, and preparing offline submissions when required.

Pricing, Evaluation & Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct competitor pricing analysis after tender opening to understand market position.
  • Support management in deciding competitive pricing strategies.

Post-Submission Review & Reporting:

  • Track tender status and update management on progress.
  • Prepare win/loss analysis reports after bid results.
